Who has the most festive house in the community? Is it you? Or do you look forward to a neighbor’s special display each year?

Consider entering yourself or a friend in the 2023 Holiday Home Decorating Contest. This contest is free and open to all residents of Streamwood. Simply complete the entry form found here and return to Village Hall no later than Wednesday, November 22.

Judging will take place the weekend of December 1-3. Participants are asked to leave their holiday displays lit up from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm for judging. A committee of judges will select one (1) winner from each of the three (3) categories: Merry & Bright, Most Traditional, and Most Whimsical.

Winners will receive an ornament, certificate, and gift card as they are recognized at the December 21 Village Board meeting. Photos of the winners’ displays will be in our January Village newsletter and on our website. Good luck!
