You may purchase a single yardwaste sticker for $1.00 at Village Hall. This sticker should be placed on a trash can designated solely for yardwaste. The designated can must not exceed 33 gallons in size, and 50 pounds in weight. The sticker acts as a visual signal to garbage crews that you have yardwaste for pick-up. Disposal of landscape/yardwaste may also be placed in brown Kraft paper bags available for purchase at local stores. Plastic "biodegradable" bags are not accepted.
How may I pay my bill?
The Village offers payment in-person, online, or through automatic deductions. We accept cash, credit, and checks. Please note that we cannot accept payment over the phone.
How do I sign up for Water and Sewer service?
As a residential property owner, you will automatically be billed for water and sewer services, based on consumption. Tenant and Commercial applications for water and sewer service can be printed selecting one of the following: (Application for Commercial Water and Sewer) or (Application for Residential Water and Sewer), or you can obtain an application from the Cashiers’ Counter in the Village Hall. Completed applications can be turned in personally, via mail or the dropbox located in the Village Hall parking lot. The dropbox is available 24 hours a day.
How often is the Water and Sewer bill due?
Bills are mailed out and due monthly.

When selling my home, what information do I need to purchase a Transfer Stamp?
If you are selling your home, before you or your representative come into Village Hall to purchase your stamp, you'll need to make arrangements to pay your final Water and Sewer Bill. Please call the Finance Department at (630) 736-3810 one week before your scheduled closing. At this time, we will verify that you have no outstanding obligations due to the Village. For standard sales transactions, there are three forms we require: a copy of the State of Illinois Real Estate Transfer Declaration, a completed Village Real Estate Transfer Tax Form, and a copy of the deed.
