A person is considered "missing" when his / her whereabouts are unknown and unexplained for a period of time that is regarded by knowledgeable parties as highly unusual or suspicious in nature.

Call 911 or go to the Streamwood Police Department immediately. There is no waiting period for reporting a missing person.
